Maintenance Services for Netsis Solutions
Central service packages are provided to users on an annual contract basis. Version Warranty and Call Center packages offered to customers with Netsis products.
Version Warranty Package
This package entitles the users to have all product updates relating to Netsis products they have, intermediate and main versions of the products free of charge during the contractual period. Intermediate and Main Versions cover all changes in legislation, requests received at request-response pool, developing infrastructure and new functions, and all new products that will emerge as a result of changes in the main technology and replace the existing software.
Call Center Package
Customers who have this package, which also contains the version package, can receive unlimited telephone support and remote access support by calling the Call Center for the Netsis products they use during their contractual period.
