As we receive a notice from you, it gets registered in our system with a unique number and a representative contacts you immediately. All the notices you submit to us are objectively taken in to consideration based on our customer satisfaction principles. Customer Representatives and Loyalty Management Experts receive information from or forwards to the relevant departments. These departments make a detailed investigation and present a solution. Our objective is to provide a solution within 7 days; however, if it is not possible we provide information on the progress. Overall analysis and reports on the notices we receive are regarded as a periodic feed-back to improve our products and services according to our Continuous Improvement Principle.
