As Logo Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A. Ş. (“Logo”), we attach importance to the protection and confidentiality of the information of users (“User”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy") is intended to provide information to users in connection with how Logo uses the information collected via the mobile application, responsibilities of users and rules of Logo on protection of user information.   1. INFORMATION COLLECTED
Logo collects various information in order to allows the User to use the mobile application and for operating the application. During use of the application, name-surname, contact details of users, transaction security data, photograph, camera image information, tracking information on movement of a user in the mobile application, device identity information are collected.
  1. OUR PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR USING THE INFORMATION
Articles 5 and 6 in the Law on the Protection for Personal Data ("Law") specifies the legal grounds of processing the personal data. Explanations are provided below on the purposes and legal grounds of processing your personal data by Logo.
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes based on the legal ground that the data processing is mandatıry for legitimate interests of Logo provided that your fundamental freedoms and rights are notviolated:
  • Improving and developing business activities,
  • Ensuring business continuity,
  • Improving and developing the mobile application,
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes based on the legal ground that data processing is necessary to process personal data of contractual parties provided that it is directly related with the conclusion or fulfilment an agreement:
  • Contacting users, processing recommendations, complaints, failure notifications of users,
  • Ensuring that the user uses the mobile application,
  • Receiving user's commands arising from direct use of the mobile application and sound performance of the relevant actions.
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes based on the legal ground that data processing is compulsory with regards to Logo’s legal obligations:
  • In case competent organizations or institutions require or we are required to serve a notification to these organizations or institutions, performance of our legal obligations (for instance, sharing information upon request of a public organization in case of a transaction suspected to be an illegal transaction).
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes based on the legal ground that it data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right:
  • Performance of legal processes for the protection and exercise of our rights in case of a potential dispute.
Your certain personal data are collected and processed based on the legal ground that the relevant person's explicit consent is available during the use of the application. Accordingly, you are required to consent collection of the data over the application in order to allows us to process the data.   1. TRANSFER OF YOUR INFORMATION TO THIRD PERSONS
The information you provided to Logo may be transferred to third persons to achieve the objectives listed above. Accordingly, your information may be disclosed to group companies, business partners and service providers who provide support for product/ service supply. In addition, your information may be disclosed to authorized persons, organizations and institutions in case we are required to disclose your information in order to comply with our legal obligations.
Information provided by users shall not be transferred to any third person unless required for the objectives specified in the information notice and provision of the services.
  1. METHODS AND LEGAL GROUNDS OF COLLECTING YOUR INFORMATION
Your personal data are collected with partially automatic or automatic methods when you enter information to the mobile application. Your personal data are processed for the purposes specified in "2. Purposes and Legal Grounds of Using Information” in this information notice and legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, i.e., in case (i)data processing is necessary to process personal data of contractual parties provided that it is directly related with the conclusion or fulfilment of an agreement:, (ii) data processing is compulsory with regards to Logo’s legal obligations , (iii) data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, (iv) data processing is mandatory for legitimate interests of Logo provided that your fundamental freedoms and rights are not violated, and (v) you provide your explicit consent.
  1. STORAGE, ACCURACY AND UP-TO-DATESNESS OF INFORMATION
Your information is stored for as long as it is required for the purposes of processing. If a specific period is specified in the legislation for the storage of your information, we comply with that period of time.
Logo takes technical and administrative measures to protect the systems, servers and databases where your information is stored against data security threats.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and up-to-datedness of the information provided by users. Your information should be provided to us in true form and updated when any change occurs in your information. You may update the information disclosed to Logo by contacting Logo at any time.
The User agrees to assume full liability in connection with security, storage and not allowing access by third persons to system access tools (user name, password, etc.) used to benefit from services offered by Logo.
In case you provide information to Logo for and on behalf of any other person, you shall be deemed to have guaranteed the accuracy of the information and that you have right / authority to disclose this information to Logo.
  1. LINKS TO THIRD PARTIES
Logo mobile application may provide links to third party sites that are not operated by Logo. If you visit one of the relevant links, you shall be deemed to have accepted the privacy policies and rules of the third party visited. Logo is not responsible for policies and practices of the third parties.
  1. MODIFICATIONS MADE IN MOBILE APPLICATION AND THIS POLICY
Logo reserves right to modify, suspend or stop the use of services, information, images and other items offered via the mobile application.
Logo reserves right to modify and revise this Policy. User is responsible to follow the current version of the Policy.
  1. RIGHTS OF USER
You have the following rights about your personal data in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:
  • Get information as to whether personal data are processed or not;
  • Get information on the extent of processing if data are processed;
  • Get information on the purpose of processing personal data and as to whether they were used in accordance with the purpose;
