Do Logo perform report designs?

You can receive support for report designs from our authorized Logo business partners that you can find at https://www.logo.com.tr/en/logo-business-partners. On the other hand, you can also receive support from Logo Yazılım as part of Remote Access Design Service for your requests, such as report designing, design creation, etc. for Logo Netsis Wings Enterprise, Logo Netsis Wings, Logo Netsis Wings Entegre, Logo Netsis 3 Enterprise, Logo Netsis 3 Standard and Logo Netsis 3 Entegre products in return for a fee, if it is deemed necessary by our business partner.

Are the transactions to be performed on data charged?

You can receive support for the transactions to be performed on data from our authorized Logo business partners that you can find at https://www.logo.com.tr//en/logo-business-partners. On the other hand, you can also receive service from Logo Yazılım as part of Remote Access Data Maintenance Service for detection and correction of corruptions occurred on data due to any reason, if it is deemed necessary by our business partner.

What is the scope of your Phone Support Hotline service?

Our Phone Support Hotline service covers the support we provide to our customers through phone and Logo Portal for the issues that can be replied remotely. Furthermore, if needed, we also submit user guides and support documents regarding the issues raised by our customer through Phone Support Hotline Service. For this purpose, you can submit your questions, opinions and suggestions about the Logo product that you use to our Logo Support teams through Phone Support Hotline or Logo Portal and you can track your request through Logo Portal with all of its stages and details from the time you have submitted your request until it is concluded.

Is e-invoice support included to Support Hotline service?

E-invoice support is included to the support services we provide. You can call 0850 281 61 21 eLogo Support Hotline or send an email to destek@elogo.com.tr to contact eLogo Support Team for your support requests under Logo’s special integrator services.

How can I learn my Phone Support Hotline user code and password?

We submit Phone Support Hotline service contract number and password by email to our customers when a new product is purchased, an upgrade is made or Support Hotline service is purchased. Logo users, who want to use Support Hotline Service after free service is expired, can continue to use this service by purchasing Support Hotline Service separately for 1 year.
