Conducts analysis, adheres to accepted standards, and ensures timely and appropriate implementation. Manages the software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. Provides technical documentation for work conducted according to department standards. Conducts department tests for developed tasks. Works in coordination with analysis and testing teams to ensure timely completion of planned tasks.

Engages with internal customers, business partners, and/or clients to conduct analyses of business processes, gathering expectations and creating need lists. Documents needs through user stories, requirement definitions, mock-ups, and flow diagrams, transforming them into analysis documents to pass on to the development teams. Facilitates accurate communication between stakeholders and software teams. Prepares interface prototypes as per Logo design principles in collaboration with the design team to ensure products are developed accordingly. Coordinates the product value stream with sales and marketing teams.

Performs software testing tasks resulting from software development activities. Identifies potential errors, assesses risks, and collaborates with analysis and software development teams to resolve issues before the software is finalized. Provides support in testing to customers when needed.

Creates and updates processes and instructions within the information security framework. Ensures employee compliance with expected security behaviors, running a continuous information security awareness program. Provides expert advice to relevant parties on all aspects of information or cyber security (including information risk assessment, identity and access management, information protection in the local environment, threat management, and information security incident management).

Ensures reliable, uninterrupted operation of applications required for all Logo processes, managing hardware processes from end to end, enlisting IT infrastructure support. Ensures the entire system operation and management of services.

Ensures the implementation and operation of lifecycle processes in areas where Logo provides service support for its products, guarantees uninterrupted service, and manages site reliability engineering (SRE). Oversees the quality, availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency of various applications.

Assesses project requirements in alignment with both company goals and customer expectations, ensuring robust project execution. Implements preventive and supplementary strategies to mitigate project risks and enhance profitability. Offers continuous end-user support for ongoing projects and oversees their update processes. Delivers user training as part of project scope and develops bespoke training materials for the company.

Crafts user-centric solutions that enhance the overall user experience in products. Performs concept and usability testing, gathering valuable user feedback. Formulates cohesive design strategies, concepts, and prototypes through collaboration with stakeholders. Keeps stakeholders updated on design proposals, areas for improvement, and current industry trends.

Designs, establishes, and maintains CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) frameworks, designs, creates and maintains cloud deployment tactics, and associated tools. Monitors the release and deployment procedures of products and services. Develops scripts and commands to integrate various DevOps tools and systems.

Designs and documents software solutions tailored to specific requirements, adhering to architectural and design guidelines, and translates software architecture into designs and code for the software development teams. Reviews architecture and associated code against coding standards and software requirements, performing necessary refactoring to ensure compliance and optimization.

Parents Club
