Drawing from lean production philosophies and agile methodologies, we developed our LAPIS methodology in 2008 to simplify and streamline complex and uncertain parameters using fundamental principles.

Our talent acquisition process is rooted in principles of equality, fairness, and inclusivity, evaluating candidates based solely on their skills and experience. We seek out candidates that align with our corporate culture, goals, and specific job competencies, gathering applications through our Logo career portal, social media, and diverse career platforms.

Since 2020, we have been conducting a fully digital end-to-end recruitment process. We conduct tests, inventories, and interviews in a digital setting, constantly enhancing the candidate experience with our streamlined online application process.

Our selection process aims to integrate young talents and seasoned professionals into Logo, ensuring fairness and objectivity in our hiring decisions. We celebrate the success of candidates who complete the selection process, welcoming new members to Logo with a comprehensive 6-month digital onboarding program, designed to familiarize them with our culture and values.

Under our Talent Acquisition initiatives, we offer “LOG-in” internship programs for aspiring young professionals and “I’m In”, a special program for women re-entering the workforce.

Our Organizational Development department focuses on creating and implementing innovative strategies to foster a high-performance culture, aiding in the realization of Logo’s and our Human and Organizational Transformation department’s goals, while enhancing business units’ efficiency with optimized organizational structures.

Our efforts include developing organizational architecture, establishing agile work models, and promoting modern working practices across Logo.

We ensure a work environment where Logo people can thrive by being recognized for their successes and encouraged to grow professionally. By conducting annual evaluations, we regularly track the growth of our staff. We keep our employees’ technical, functional, leadership, and individual competency training going strong under the roof of Logo Academy and the school. We’re on a mission to keep our team ahead of the curve, constantly upgrading their digital and tech skills to match the rapid pace of innovation.

At Logo, our corporate academy, Logo Academy, is dedicated to supporting the developmental journeys of our employees, business partners, solution partners, clients, and individuals aspiring to specialize in Logo solutions. We achieve this by collaborating with educational institutions to offer training on Logo products and solutions, as well as opportunities for professional and personal development.

We seek to grow our ecosystem with the goal of becoming an organization that both learns and teaches with industry experts. On our platform, we go beyond being just an educational provider by adopting a strategic perspective on learning, guided by the principle of continuous improvement through measurement and evaluation methods.

Under the Employer Branding and Internal Communication department of Logo Yazılım, we have a wellness program called Logo Well, a Parents Club, and a Logo Gamer Club. Flexible Working

As long as they are working between 10:00 and 16:00, all employees are free to start and end their working hours whenever they see fit to meet the daily working limitations.

LogExtra is our corporate discount platform that offers exclusive discounts to Logo people. We partner with the companies that our employees prefer to use for online shopping through LogExtra.

We have a meal card program available to all Logo employees on equal terms.
