Sustainable development is a development model that meets today's needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. The concept of sustainable development directs governments and institutions to determine the common ground in economic and social development goals as sustainability. At the same time, a holistic approach to the interaction between the economic and social structure and the environment is essential for the sustainable development concept. Logo contributes directly and indirectly to sustainable development with its impact-oriented perspective.

Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
- As part of the corporate social responsibility investments, robotic coding workshops have been provided to more than 5,000 students since 2019. The workshops, which aim to empower children with 21st-century competencies, provide opportunities for children to develop their imagination and mechanical, and analytical skills. Girls and boys are equally accepted to these training courses.
- Logo aims to fill vacant positions with internship programs and projects that support young talents.
Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
Logo encourages equality at work and in all aspects of life, including gender equality. Increasing the representation of women among employees and managers is one of Logo’s focus areas. As of the end of 2024, 47% of employees, 35% of managers and 50% of Logo Group executive management are women. In addition, 50% of Logo Board of Directors is women.

- Logo allocates approximately 30% of its revenues to R&D activities every year and contributes to the digital transformation and sustainability of companies in various sectors with its solutions.
- The primary pillar of the Company's strategy is based on servitization in line with the developments in the sector. While ongoing developments are taking place for Logo PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service), which enables the development of a software ecosystem platform for cloud-based ERP applications and was launched in 2015, R&D investments are accelerated to improve service quality by internalizing topics such as blockchain, machine learning, big data, and artificial intelligence.

- Logo Yazılım aims to provide equal opportunity with its activities on education, which is one of the most effective ways to address income disparity in the digital age. Robotic coding workshops, especially for children from disadvantaged regions, are among these activities.

Losses in production and storage are minimized by improving inventory management and supply chain management, while contributing to the mitigation of environmental impact including carbon footprint and natural resource consumption.
- Every year, Netsis ERP product group adds new features to facilitate the tracking and reporting of companies’ performance in the field of environmental sustainability, strengthening its enabler role. It is supported by features such as carbon footprint calculation widget for companies operating in the manufacturing sector, log tracking in printing jobs, e-waste tracking for fixed assets cards, Recycling Participation Contribution (GEKAP) code records and inventory reconciliations, analysis of error types and effects, hazardous material management, personal protective equipment (PPE) management, and key performance indicator (KPI) management.
Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts
- With its innovative technologies, digital solutions, and services, Logo Yazılım helps to reduce the environmental impact of its customers' resource use.
- Software is developed using code blocks that utilized caching, allowing for faster performance, and is protected and managed in a manner compatible with microservices architecture to prevent excessive energy consumption as much as possible.
- Solar panels with a capacity of 20 kWh generate electricity at Logo Yazılım Gebze campus and contribute to decreasing carbon emissions.
- Logo Yazılım’s environmental impact arising from the packaging of its products has been reduced to zero since 2010 with the use of digital license keys and virtual shipment systems applications.
Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels.
- Since its establishment, Logo Yazılım has adhered to the principles of Corporate Governance; fairness, transparency, accountability, and responsibility. Logo has been receiving corporate governance rating since 2009, and as of 2024, Logo's rating is 9.5 out of 10.0.
- Logo complies with majority of the voluntary principles of CMB's Sustainability Principles Compliance Framework, published in 2020.
- Logo Code of Ethics, which is the foundation for the ethical business conduct approach, an essential component of Logo's corporate governance approach regulates relations with employees, suppliers, customers, shareholders, other stakeholders, and the public. Internal stakeholders can report non-compliant behaviour through the Ethics Hotline. Processes and policies are available on the employee platform, which is accessible to all employees, and incoming notifications are handled by the Ethics Committee.
Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
- Collaborations are formed with leading organizations, including various national and international non-governmental organizations, to develop the software sector ecosystem.
- Logo is a member of the Service Exporters' Association's Software Committee and works on projects with the goal of contributing to Türkiye's software exports.
- The company takes place in every possible area to contribute to Türkiye’s development through its executives serving on the boards of various non-governmental organizations, including TÜBİSAD, TOBB, TOSYÖV, Turkish Informatics Foundation, Turkish Informatics Association, and YASAD,; and it supports SMEs that want to smoothly run and grow their operations with digital technologies and methodologies by participating in TOBB's 'Smart SME' project. Thanks to the Smart SME digital platform, it supports the digitalization processes of SMEs and offers tips to make their work easier.
