In cloud services, what is the difference between support hotline service and ticket requests?

While requests can be created “on the phone and at Logo Portal" in support hotline service, only the “Logo Portal" can be used to create requests when making ticket requests. A new service subscription comes with three months of support hotline service at no cost. Ticket requests can be submitted through Logo Portal during the subscription period.

Customers who acquire monthly service subscription should purchase monthly support hotline service, while customers who acquire annual service subscription should acquire annual support.

How and when is the support hotline service renewed?

Following three months of free support hotline service offered with the subscription, further hotline service can be obtained at any time. When the time period for purchased support hotline service expires, a new purchase must be initiated since support services are not automatically renewed. The underlying service subscription must be renewed before repurchasing support hotline service.

How is the validity period specified for support hotline service?

Support hotline service is available throughout a service subscription term. Therefore the purchasing fee is adjusted based on the remaining service subscription term. For instance, annual purchases are priced using the formula ""Support Service Fee/365xNumber of days between support service starting date and subscription ending date"". In a monthly subscription model, pricing is based on the number of subscription days within a month.

Queries and feature requests can be communicated to Logo Support teams on the phone, or through the Logo Portal which also allows tracking of open tickets. Data maintenance, report design, layout design, interventions on customer-specific elements (triggers, views, functions etc.) and/or responding to new element requests, queries which require training, and remote access are not included in scope of the support services.
